Biography
For over two decades, Martin P. Hogan has practiced law in Washington, DC and Virginia, and has handled numerous cases in many states across the country. His major areas of concentration have been in labor and employment law (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, ERISA) and civil litigation in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies and in arbitration. Mr. Hogan has represented clients (both employees and employers) in all aspects of labor law and in federal and private sector matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, overtime, Family and Medical Leave Act, disability, and security clearances. He has advised employers regarding best practices to avoid employment litigation, employee handbooks, and non-compete agreements. In recent years, he has represented clients in criminal and traffic cases, including reckless driving, DUIs, and underage drinking.
